Well known media person and respected people appeared to be guests of the legendary Chess Houseюю Among the guests Vice-premier Arkady Dvorkovich, a businessman Mikhail Dvorkovich, director of the NGO "Modernization" Nikita Odintsov, the famous chess photographer Boris Dolmatovsky, Honored Artist of the Russian Federation Dmitry Zolotukhin, actress Olga Egorova and many others.
Chess House has become a real gem of the entire Russian Internet Week - RIW13. A variety of events and persons superseded each other. A lot of interesting events, chess tournaments, meetings with special guests, social receptions and, sure, the demonstrations of modern service by Uniteller, the organizer of the Chess House.
On the RIW opening day the Chess House became an exhibition event presenting the works of the famous photographer Boris Dolmatovski . His photographs of famous grand masters, politicians and artists carried away by the intellectual game were presented previously at the largest international photo exhibitions and took prestigious awards. Each photograph has its own interesting and sometime funny story, told by the author himself during the presentation. Boris Dolmatovsky handed some of the works to the organizers for a charity auction, the proceeds of which will go to one of the orphanages.
Also in the first day of the RIW in the Chess House there was a Chess Tournament. A famous chess FIDE Master Konstantin Bazarov refereed the competition.
The second day of the Chess House was the most eventful day. Vice-premier Arkady Dvorkovich found the opportunity to visit the House and demonstrated the high class having solved a complicated chess task by Sergei Golitsyn with a mate in 2 moves. Also the task was easily solved by the wellknown businessman and brother of Vice-premier Mikhail Dvorkovich and also the owner of Uniteller company Alexei Bogatkin.
The same day writer Irina Tolmacheva presented her book "Lobbying in Russian. Between business and government". One of the story heroes is Mikhail Dvorkovich, who shared the secrets of this very interesting profession with the guests. A famous actress Olga Egorova hosted the presentation.
The game "What? Where? When " was held on the final day of RIW in the Chess House. Participants answered questions about chess. Konstantin Bazarov was the host and the judge. Two teams, consisting of businessmen, journalists and special guests, tried their skills and knowledge about chess. The team of "black" captained by Boris Dolmatovsky became the winner.
